Important information and updates

HSBC continues to monitor the situation very closely, liaising with government and public health officials in the countries where we operate. Our priority is the wellbeing of our customers and staff.

From a business perspective, we are working hard to maintain the support and services provided to you by HSBC. The size and structure of HSBC allows us to support our clients from multiple sites.

In addition, we have well practiced contingency measures that ensure critical processes continue to be maintained. These include and extensive homeworking capabilities, split-site operations and work transfer, travel restrictions and self-quarantine requirements. We have also raised awareness among our employees on the need for good personal hygiene.

So far we have not experienced any impact on the bank's ability to deliver services.
